A new idea for Mr Streeting and the union’s involved. No new rises which will mean more tax for everyone else instead a special income tax allowance of £20,000 for everybody directly employed by the N.H.S thus Porters ,Clerks , Manangement,Ambulance Teams. Nurses and doctors and G.P.s would qualify, but not agencies acknowledging the extreme importance of our N.H.S to the country and our pride in it. Also this would be an incentive to stay in in.the N.H.S for all employees.
